  1. Communication is soo important! I have a bad habit of interrupting and it just messes with the flow of things and is not nice. Being aware of non-verbal communication is key. Some have a hard time with verbal expression so this is good. Practicing conflict resolution is necessary. Giving and receiving feedback gracefully is a toughie but a goodie. I think it helps with self-reflection and seeing from the perspective of others. You offered a lot of insight on this topic and I think it was a great read!
