Jump to Recipe

One of the many perks from growing up in South Florida was that I was surrounded by the delicious foods from a variety of countries. One of my go to picks being Cuban food. Now, while I am not Cuban myself, I am happy to share one of my favorites eating with you, called: Picadillo.

Now fast forward to my adult years, I now aim to have extra veggies in each meal and Picadillo makes it very easy to do so. With mine having 5+ veggies in it, I can enjoy every bite of this delicious meal without guilt!
