Every year most people start the year off running with goals and then they burn themselves out before they even stood a chance… Yup – that was me, again.
Lucky for me though, we don’t have to wait until next year to start again. You can start whenever really, and here’s a secret– It doesn’t even have to be a Monday.
So with today being the 1st of the month, despite it landing on a Thursday, I’m here to give it another go, in hopes of having better success this month! After all, the goal isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress, right?
February Goals-
- 30 minutes of physical, non-stop movement. I.e. Treadmill, walk, workout
- Water > sugary drinks. Aiming for 90% and above of my daily liquids being pure water (Crystal Light is okay).
- Daily idkjacklyn.com posts
- Saving $2000 in 100 days
- Sewing a pillow case with my Spain fabric
- Reading my 10+ books
- Cooking at home most nights
- Squat Challenge
- Post 2 new YouTube videos
- Complete my PMP class & Schedule my exam

Yes to your water intake goals! I am terrible at it so maybe I should give that a go too. I have been getting the daily post notifications and I think that is so great!! I commend you for that.
